GEA offers advanced technologies for the filling of non-sensitive beverages into glass bottles, cans and plastic containers, by combining flexibility and filling performance with the need for cost reduction and safe, easy-to-use technology.
GEA has developed advanced filling systems for products that do not require sterile processing such as beer, alcoholic beverages, water, CSD and products with preservatives.
The GEA filling systems can disinfect, rinse, fill and cap a wide range of different glass and PET bottle and can formats. All containers need to undergo rinsing before filling to remove dust, dirt and other potential contaminants. GEA rinsing technologies can use a wide range of treatment liquids including peracetic acid, sterile water, ozonized water, sterile air or other media specifically required by customers.
Featuring an open design that allows easy access to the rinsing/filling/capping area and very simple maintenance, the GEA traditional fillers are completely washable by using water, a foaming system or an automatic standard cleaning cycle to guarantee high hygiene standards.
Full automation and user-friendly programming enable precise filling control for every bottle and can, which reduces product loss and waste.
All GEA fillers have an HMI system with a touch screen control panel for easy and quick visualization of line warnings and easy troubleshooting.
